Try to keep stressing the wireless adapter, like download a bunch of stuff in the same time and try to keep opening web pages. They told me that I am going to get a new one in 10-15 business day which is very nice but still I will need to start from the scratch. After hours of updates, windows recoveries, it didnt change at all.

But then my wireless connection had the some issues and started to disable by itself. Display driver Intel HD graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) have stopped responding and successfully recovered however after this incident Sony Vegas is. Yes, I was having the same issue but I knew that wasnt a big deal, since it was coming from the intel graphics. Can the Intel HD Graphics 530 adapter be replaced? If so, any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it? I don't really want to return the system if I don't have to.

I downloaded the Dell Update program and it indicates my system is up to date. I downloaded the Intel Driver Update Utility and scanned for updates - it didn't find anything. I logged onto the Dell Support website with my service tag and update the BIOS as well. I went through device manager and updated drivers for everything that had an update. You can see the name of your card, as well as how much video memory it has. On the Display tab, information about your graphics card is shown in the Device section. In the Open box, type 'dxdiag' (without the quotation marks), and then click OK. In case that it is not working, my best recommendation is to contact Dell so they can help you out with their custom driver. Right off the bat I started getting an error message " Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(r) stopped responding and has successfully recovered". At this point I was just browsing the internet, not even doing anything intensive. I checked the eventvwr and the message is "Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered." I updated the driver for the Intel HD Graphics 530 display adapter to the latest version, as well as the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M display adapter. The easiest way to find your graphics card is to run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool: Click Start. As piece of advice, I recommend you doing a power cycle on the unit by removing the battery and pressing the power button for about 20 seconds and after that you may try installing the driver above. I just purchased the 17 R3 a few days ago.
